Christmas Day Claims

Parts of Victoria were battered by hail, flash flooding and heavy rain on Christmas night resulting in damage to property.

Insurance companies have informed us that they are currently experiencing high levels of calls from policy holders and they are experiencing difficulties in appointing assessors and builders due to the holiday period.

Please contact our office on 03 8646 0208 and we will assist you with the lodgment of your claim. Our office is open from 8:30am – 5:00pm until Friday 30^th December. We will be closed on Monday 3^rd January 2012. Should you need to advise of an urgent claim please complete the online form.

Government Adopts Recommendation to Replace Fire Service Levy

2009 Victorian Bushfires Royal Commission recommendation to replace the Fire Service Levy with a progressive property based levy and introduce concessions for low-income earners has been accepted in principle by the Labor Government.
