Axis Professional Services was approached by Victoria Medical Insurance Agency Ltd (VMIAL) in November 2006 to become the new insurance partner of VMIAL.  It was considered important to appoint an independent company to handle the administration, sales and product enhancement of PSA ensuring that the needs of the members are met.

The benefit of Axis Professional Services appointment to PSA clients are threefold:

• Provide a more dedicated and personalised insurance broking service for PSA clients, ranging from day to day enquires, claims handling and other insurance related matters.
• Work closely with Wesfarmers General Insurance Ltd trading as Lumley Insurance in the ongoing development, enhancement and promotion of PSA in order to ensure that insurance products and services remain focused and meet PSA client’s needs.
• Provide a full broking service. Where the client’s interests are not fully met by a policy provided by Wesfarmers General Insurance Ltd trading as Lumley Insurance, alternative quotations and policies are presented to the client for their consideration.
